Q: Who is Washington in a Box for?

A: The short answer is, "anyone"!  Here are some ideas we have for those who might enjoy a Washington Box:

  • Out of state Friends & Family, for Christmas, Birthdays, special occasions, etc.
  • Someone who just moved away from Washington, and are missing home, think about college students their first month away from home!
  • Someone who just moved to Washington.
  • As a thank you after the fact for staying with AirBNB, VRBO, a free bed while traveling, etc.
  • Military Members
  • Out of State Clients or customers who need convincing.
  • Christmas Party or Corporate Party Prizes.
  • Or, Maybe you just want enjoy the great things Washington has to offer.

Q:  May I purchase multiple boxes and ship to different addresses?

To purchase multiple boxes going to different addresses, you must place separate orders for each. 

Q:  I realized I made a mistake on my order.  Can I fix it?

Generally, yes... as long as we have not already shipped the order.  Please contact us ASAP if you notice an error on your order confirmation.  Pay special attention to the shipping address!  Customers sometimes mistakenly put their own address in these fields rather than where they really want the gift sent to.  You may contact us: sales@washingtoninabox.com

Q: Where does Washington in a Box ship from?

A: Washington, of course!  Washington in a Box is proudly shipped from Lynden, WA or Bellingham, WA.

Q: How is Washington in a Box shipped, and how long does it take to arrive?

A:  Once we receive your order, it will take between 12-24 hours to be packaged and shipped.  All orders are shipped via either USPS Priority mail or UPS with tracking depending on your selection at checkout, and should arrive in 2-5 days.  Shipping days do not include the weekends.

If you choose a delayed date shipment, packages will leave 3-5 days prior.  We try our best to have your order arrive on your selected date based on our carrier's estimates, but we cannot guarantee it will arrived exactly on your date.  USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground are not guaranteed services.  Contact us if you have a extremely important delivery date: sales@washingtoninabox.com

Q: Can you ship to a military APO / FPO address?

A: We are so thankful for those who protect our freedom.  Yes, we ship to military APO / FPO addresses!  Please make sure the address is accurately typed in during check out and that you leave the country as USA on the checkout page.  Deliveries to APO / FPO addresses may take significantly longer than standard domestic shipping.

Q: Do you ship Internationally?

A:  Not at this time.
